Description :	Structure en châtaignier, parties visibles en bois sculpté et tourné (buis, noyer, agrumes). Base, de plan octogonal, surmontée d'un corps principal et d'un corps supérieur surmonté d'un lanternon. Chaque face est cantonnée de colonnettes torses.

Historique :	Ce tabernacle architecturé a sans doute été réalisé par le frère Domenico Cane, religieux du couvent capucin de Corte, très actif au début du 18e siècle. Il est caractéristique des œuvres produites entre le 17e et le 18e siècle dans certains couvents capucins de l'île (Corte, Bastia, Cagnano) où étaient installés des ateliers de menuiserie ébénisterie.
