Description :	L’ensemble constitué par le tambour d’entrée, la tribune et le buffet, typique de la manière de Serassi, est l’oeuvre de l’architecte décorateur Ferdinando Magagnini (1806-1874) de Livourne. Il est de style italien, peint et doré, à décor de feuillages et d’instruments de musique. Le buffet est composé d’une plate-face centrale de 17 tuyaux en étain, et deux plates-faces latérales de 15 tuyaux.

Historique :	Cet orgue est construit en 1844 par la célèbre firme italienne Serassi de Bergame. Il s’agit ici du 2e instrument sur les trois, construit par ces facteurs en France, après celui de Tende (Alpes-Maritimes) en 1807, et avant celui de Nice (Alpes-Maritimes) en 1848. Il remplace un orgue construit en 1617-1619 par Giorgio Spinola, transporté par le facteur Saladini à Piedicroce. Il est restauré par les facteurs Barthélémy Ciantini (1855), Giovanni de Ferrari et Ferdinando Serassi (1883), Roethinger (1963), Alain Sals (1975), Didier Chanon (1998).
