Description :	Triptyque composé d'un panneau de bois peint à tempera. Panneau central : le Christ en croix flanqué de deux anges, surmonté par la colombe du Saint-Esprit, et Dieu le père en buste. Panneau de gauche : la Vierge en prière. Panneau de droite : saint Jean-Baptiste avec un agneau à ses pieds. Gâbles des panneaux latéraux : chérubins.
